A wide variety of dishes are available at the Jinnah, a combination of traditional favorites
and speciality dishes. The following is an example of speciality dishes.
| Multani (Chicken or Lamb) In a lightly spiced sauce with a variety of fresh herbs & spices, fresh tomatoes and plain yoghurt. (Very highly recommended) |
| Jinnah Special Karahi Lamb, chicken, king prawn, peas, sweetcorn, Chana Dhall in a very, very rich sauce. Neatly spiced with many different flavours. |
| Shensha Balti With fresh tomatoes, slightly spiced with a touch of cream. (Mild to medium) |
| Panch Rangia (Chicken or Lamb) A speciality from Hydrabad. Diced pieces of chicken or lamb marinated and cooked in tantalising mixed pickles, maslha laced with fresh green chilli and fresh coriander. (Fairly hot) |
| Salmon Masalah Stir fried with spring onion, green chilli, bullet chilli, garlic, ginger, ground black pepper, tomatoes and sprinkled with fresh coriander |
